MEET LORETTA – Founder, Executive & Results Coach, Mentor, Consultant, Facilitator, Author
I have always believed that each person has so much potential within them to achieve great success in all aspects of life.
However, to fully realise this, we need support and partnership in the form of coaching and mentoring to assist with the road-blocks and cross roads we encounter through life’s challenges.
This is why I founded Loretta Venten-New Directions to help people explore, navigate, transform and fully self-actualise.
I bring a wealth of corporate experience gained from senior executive leadership and client facing roles in the financial services industry for over 35+ years. This is blended with the full spectrum of life experiences as a mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, sister, sole income provider, and care giver.
Before obtaining my coaching credentials and starting my own business, I led the Global Syndicated Loans Team at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, originating, arranging, underwriting and distributing all forms of syndicated debt finance for institutional banking clients within Australia and internationally.
In my financial services career, I developed extensive skills in:
- Corporate, project finance & syndicated lending
- Risk management
- Client relationship and business development
- Leadership, coaching & mentoring
- Diversity & inclusion
In addition, I bring wider perspectives from past non-executive director roles on association Boards (Finsia & Finsia Education) and smaller subsidiary Boards and chairing/participating on various board committees. I continue to be available to join Boards as a non-executive director in paid and volunteer capacities.
Having been a senior corporate woman in financial services, I draw from my deep corporate knowledge, my experience gained blending family and career, working with many corporate women and in women’s embodiment training/circles. I also utilise my practitioner training in energy and vocal sound healing to assist.
I have experienced many high and lows of corporate life including stress and burnout. Continuing to invest in my own health & well-being, leadership, personal & spiritual development enabled me to find my way through and also assists me to work with those seeking to find new directions to prevent or traverse career stagnation, stress, overwhelm, burnout and achieve new growth.
I aim to enable greater awareness, transformation and success for all those I work with by incorporating my vision, mission and values.
